Laura Merkin joined the Straight North team in 2014 as a Senior Copywriter. She has extensive experience in writing content for websites, emails, sales collateral and other communications for both B2B and B2C clients. Laura received her MBA with a concentration in marketing from Northwestern University and has earned an SEO Copywriting Certification from SuccessWorks. Prior to becoming a copywriter, Laura worked as an urban planner specializing in public transportation. She enjoys reading, painting and spending time with her friends and family.
